Entries must be made by registering via email or fax using the form that can be downloaded here. This duly completed registration form must be sent to the e-mail address info@piukuota.it, by 12.00 pm on 06/01/2023.
The "awareness" is an integral part of the registration form, the signature of which is binding to complete the registration.
The form must be accompanied by a copy of the medical certificate certifying fitness for competitive activity for B1-B2-B3-B4-B5-B6 valid on 3 June 2023 and a copy of the payment by bank transfer.

Registration can be cumulative for each company using the appropriate form, which can be downloaded here, which entitles you to simplified management.
This duly completed registration form must be sent to the e-mail address info@piukuota.it, by 12.00 pm on 06/01/2023. The form must be accompanied by a copy of the medical certificates certifying fitness for competitive activity for B1-B2-B3-B4-B5-B6 valid on 3 June 2023 and a copy of the cumulative payment by bank transfer .
